Take It Back Tuesday
The first joint in this week's edition of "Take It Back Tuesday" comes from one of the illest hip-hop groups of all time. It's A Tribe Called Quest, with the extreme posse cut "Scenario" featuring The Leaders of the New School(Charlie Brown, Dinco, & Busta Rhymes).
The next vid comes from Pharcyde, another classic hip-hop group from the West Coast. This video, "Runnin'" has some dope imagery, not to mention deals with some weighty issues plaguing all men.
Now, this is strictly for the heads! You and me are one in the same if this was your jam. The track is "360(What Goes Around)" by Grand Puba. Single off the album Reel to Reel.
Saturday
Music: Mick Boogie + Adele - "1988"

Call me late but I never heard of Adele before this release by Mick Boogie. But everybody has been hawking on it, so I decided to check it out. Thanks everyone! Keep snacking. Download it here.
Video: Ne-Yo is ignorant.
Footage of the fruitiest R&B crooner make a total disgrace of himself. What he don't like dark meat? Ole dick in the booty ass negro. Don't he know that black babies are beautiful, no matter their hue. I swear I'm starting to hate these rich mofo's more and more each day.
Kicks: "Heartbreak Flav's"

808's & Heartbreak Air Force Ones!!!
My favorite shoe meshed with my favorite artist's weakest(my opinion) album. Freshness ensues. This work, created by Mache, is fire, however. This guy is serious. PS:We call em' Flavs in VA! Here are some more of my faves;
"Graduations"

Spiderman Air Force Ones!!!

Take It Back Tuedays
I want to introduce a special I plan on running every Hump Day Eve around here. Take It Back Tuesdays will be a special im running of my favorite hip-hop and r&b songs of yesteryear. 3 vids should do it.
Kicking off the special is a song that every aspiring emcee should know by heart. If you don't, then improve your snack game. It's Eric B & Rakim's "Microphone Fiend".
Next, we have a producer spotlight. I'm my favorite producer, but if we talking old school it's definitely Pete Rock. SOOOO...I hit you with Mecca and the Soul Brother's(also known as Pete Rock & CL Smooth) classic track "T.R.O.Y." R.I.P. to Trouble T-Roy.
Finally, I leave you with one of my favorite songs in ever. "93 til Infinity" by Souls of Mischief is the type of track that I want people to remember me for. Straight genius!
